POOR SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION

Good day

Purchased loung suite and bed on the 23rd March 2013 and was told it wll take 10 days for Deliver. Claudell from Kzn contacted me of the purchase, she confirmed that it will take 15 days to deliver and we accepted. She said the latest delivery to be done is on the 15 April 2013. She was not efficient and not at all pleasant even on that day. Today 15 April 2013, i struggled to get hold of Claudell to know whats happening with my delivery. Eventually she did call and she was not helpful at all. Saying that she did not confirm the date with me which is a lie, she did not want to assist further . i told her i am prepared to get a refund and purchase the goods from another store. Mr Price is a big store, the service i received were poor and pathetic. If only Claudell could have communicated with me, it would not have come to this.
