Lewis Stores
3 days no delivery and no communication

I am so irritated by this Store, last weekend i went to Lewis to buy a twin simona bed, they told me they would'nt be able to deliver that day rather they deliver during the week. As noone was going to be home during the week, i went again last friday they promised to deliver the following day, i waited in the store for 25min to pay cash as the assistance where busy with i dont know what. Monday i asked someone to stay at my house to wait for delivery, i phoned the store i was told that they had just fished assembling it and its ready for delivery, Tuesday at 10:am i phoned i was told the bakkie is gone to Benoni as soon as its back they will deliver, now its 16:14 still no delivery, i phoned the lady that assisted me she didn't answer her Cell, i phoned the shop nr i was put on hold for abt 5min then the phone went dead.

Can someone from Lewis who actually knows whats happening assist me, i can't leave work early to go to the store i don't always have sopmeone at home to wait for them, if you cannot deliver atlist phone me and let me know what is happening. on their website they say delivery within 24hrs well it 's now 3 days and still nothing.
