Terrible Service!!!

Hi, I purchased a Hudson 7 piece dining room suite on 31/07/2013. I was advised on purchase that I would get the goods on 03/09/2013. Furthermore, I made arrangements with the sales assistant/ manager that the goods will be assembled. On 04/09/2013 when I called to enquire about the status of the delivery, I was advised that it is normally 3-5 days. Well, the 5th day should have been 04/09/2013. However, I was called on 06/09/2013 to be told that my goods will be delivered first thing Saturday morning. this unfortuantely never happened and I to call the store numerous times to enquire. Eventually, I was told that they do the near deliveries last & my good will be delivered around 1pm. This never happened. I was even advised that the item had to be still picked up whereas in the morning I was told that it was despatched. One after another. I eventually told them to deliver on Sunday as I had to leave and was already inconveniened. Came Sunday and yet another frustration. The goods were still in packaging and not assembled. The manager advised that it was risky and will send someone to assemble today. I request a refund on delivery charge and a discount on inconvenience!!!
