Staff who cant do their job properly

Hi,

I would like to thank Faizel firstly who is the real manager of the store, i just called you and treated me with respect and as a valuable customer. And as for the "Manager" Thulane i dont know where you get the odesity to impliment such stupid rules that dont make sense. You refused to exchange/refund us because my mum didnt have my point card? the slip was there why couldnt you check for the information? my daughter had to miss school because she didnt have winter uniform to go to school and you turned away a sickly women because you were lazy to do your job? i dont understand why Jet cant have more professional staff like Faizel he couldnt believe what the staff member did, that was just riduculous and insane not impressed with Jabulani mall Jet at all period.
