Airtime roberry

I bought an 8ta airtime voucher at shoprite welkom in freestate as they didnt have mtn, as i got home i loaded the airtime it didnt load, i contacted 8ta and said the sim card was faulty, on saturday i went to go exchange it for other airtime they said they couldnt, and said its stated on the airtime slip airtime cant be exchanged or refunded, i took a look and there was nothing stated bout airtime that cant be exchanged or refunded, now im sitting with airtime i cant use feels like ive been robbed. I called 8ta while i was in shoprite so they could confirm to the manager the airtime is still valid, but the first manager i spoke to didnt confirm shes a manager, and when i told her she told me nothing that airtime couldnt be exchanged or refunded, she let me phone 8ta still to clarify the airtime is useable, the second manager only told me they dont do refunds or so.
