In December I purchased a school bag for my daughter, and as school only started this week we didnt notice the zipper wasnt working properly, unfortunatly we could not find out reciept and was afraid we would not be able to return it. I was at Dischem on Saturday 12 Jan I was in the store and i advised the lady at customer service the problem, She was very friendly and asured me its no problem at all and she could track my reciept with my benifits card but will take a while if I dont mind coming back later or tomorow and she promissed it will be all sorted, which was fine as i didnt have the bag with me. On sunday i walked in to the store and literaly did not have to say a word the same lady just saw me and true to her word had the reciept ready and waiting, and swoped out the bag for me.

I was so impressed with her great atituted and level of service, I unfortuantly neglegted to get her name.
