I received a gift in December 2012 of what was supposed to be the "Starter Cookware (6 piece carbon steel - Red) R229" bought from clicks. I found out upon opening my gift that there was a pot missing, I proceeded to call the clicks client services to complain, even tried going back to the store (Sandton City) to have my pots exchanged but unfortunately they had run out of stock. The call centre logged a complaint for me, i received a call from Deline on the 3rd of January explaining that the pot would be ordered from the manufacturer and shipped to me. I followed up with her toward the end of Feb and she told me it was in customs, to date I haven't heard from her or anyone else at clicks. I've been a loyal customer for years and I'm very disappointed that this is the treatment I receive the minute I have a problem. I've really got no words, I've now registered with Dischem and have taken my business there. This was poor poor customer service by clicks, I never would have thought in a million years that i'd be sitting with such a petty issue.
