Poor attitude, and advertisment false

This store, has an advert in the news paper advertising coke cooldrink for R12, 99. i called in and asked them idf they have stock, and they said yes, only to discover when i arrived at the store, that there was a limit to the cooldrink, of two per customer, and thereafter the price goes up to 14.99. they should have stated this firstly in the advert, and thereafter when i called. and when i approched the front line supervisor, she was rude, and didnt want to assist, i asked her to call the owner, but she instead went to the back of the store and called, the guard, she clearly has no idea, the sense of the customer satisfaction, and the staff of this branch, said that this is a continuous problem that they are having, because it is not stated in the advert. they clearly dont know the cpa act, and dont adere to the policies. they had so much of stock in the store, and refused to give it to us at that price. even after i paid, went out, and came back in, i was refused, am i no longer a customer if i leave and come back into the store? i drove a long way to get there, and was refused good service, by poorly trained staff, who dont know how to get things done!
