I delayed calling in to change some policy details, dreading the long wait and normally asking them to repeat what they said, but Faizel was clear, efficient, friendly and gave me great service and a great deal.. Dont know why I didnt call sooner. Was a painless procedure, wasnt on the phone too long and received my amended docs per email just as I put the phone down.
