I need my money back

I'm so very disappointed about the service I received at Tembisa Mr Price on Saturday 13/04/2013 I bought staff for R680
and I used my debit card to pay, I was assisted by a professional cashier to my surprise the so called supervisor THEBE come to the till
and accused the lady about manually capturing the transaction and it was not even manually then he took my card and swipe it again
and I explain to him that lady already done the transaction and I show him the prove of payment from my phone he didn't want to lesson
and his customer service skills he need a training is being 72hrs now still did not get my money or the staff I bought I need some clarity before I send my complain to the media
