I tried being nice at first

Had to buy a gift card on someone else's behalf, made the mistake to go to @home instead of mr price home after a miscommunication, within 10 min of buying the gift card, I had a phone conversation and realized I bought the gift card at the wrong place, I immediately took it back and explained the situation, the staff didn't want to help and said i must come there the next day and wait till someone buys something, and then they will swipe the card on that person payment and give me the money, i then said why don't they just refund me on my card and keep the giftcard until someone does that, as this birthday card was due to its recipient the next day, and i had to get the card at another store with the money I used... the unwilling staff just said they won't help and that its my problem... after just standing there watching the time go by, the staff just made as if i wasn't there and lying on the counter not willing to even try and make a plan, i had to leave because the store was closing. The staff just gave me lots of bad attitude. The service is appalling, no one is willing to go the extra mile for a client!!!
