Injury while shopping

I was shopping today in ackermans, while I was shopping at the kids section I walked into a glass beam as I passed the clothes rack I couldn't even see the beam I'am worried that someone else is going to get hurt what if it was I child my head is still hurting bad can't even on a cushion.
