Pick 'n Pay
DISAPPOINTED

I was at the store today and bought cinnamon doughnut as I entered the store. I was advised that I need to pay for them at the till near the doughnuts stand
I asked the cashier to swipe my smart shopper card, she said that she can't swipe it there on that till, but have to pay there I was disgusted by the attitude of the cashier who didn't't see what was happening was wrong.
The cashier refused to take my smart shopper card and said they do not swipe on the till took the money
I then shopped for more stuff and when to pay at the other tills and my card was swiped for what I bought
There was no bar code on the doughnuts, which would have been scanned and I would have received that points which I paid for the doughnuts
And there was management visible on floor in order for me complain...
I don't see why pick n pay offered a service to save but then gets taken away. I feel robbed and disappointed with the service
