Complain turned compliment

I went to
I Mr Price home at Greenstone n was not aware that I only had an eft transaction slip n not the till slip I only realised when the cashier asked me for a slip that it was nt there, nonetheless I was in a really tight corner n had to have the money back as they did not stock the make of the curtain that I wanted. The cashier declined to assist me even though I had an eft slip that proved that I had paid cash for my goods. I was also refused a store phone by Vusi but he gave me the number n I called from my mobile this surprised me as most stores offer this service. I called the customer care to complain n I was assisted by a very friendly and helpful lady by the name of Shanney she listened patiently as I explained my story n promised to help me n help she did. She called me back within minutes to explain that they will help me n I was soon speaking to the manager who was also helpful. I was assisted b refunded my money back n walked out with a smile. I just wanna thank Shanney for calling me back same day to do a follow up service call, that was amazing. Big thank you to Bongani as well as he directed the people in the store on how to help me. Thanks guys keep up the go
