Bad service and product delivery

We bought a shoe cupboard from house and home at moffet on main retail park. We were told that the product was not in stock and they had to order it (which could take up to 2 weeks). We waited but during this period we recieved no call from them and eventually decided to phone them ourselves. We were informed that they were not sure and would phone us back. We waited for the call but either missed it or never recieved it. We live an hour and a half from Port Elizabeth and decided to enquire about our cupboard in store. We approached the sales counter and we realised quicly that we are a hassle for the person (who was on the phone while we were standing their). He called for assistance and eventually after a couple attempts we got somebody to help us. The lady came back and we were told that our item will only arrive in the following week. Another waiting period! While waiting we now understood why the sales pesron was so "busy". He was chatting on the company phone and gossiping about other aquintances to we presumed a friend and it went on for at least 10 min. Very unprofessional!! Complaint to be continued...
