3 weeks ago I went to your Somerset West store. After waiting for 15min for someone to help me, I had to go to a sales person that was playing on a pc doing nothing. Upon requesting a rocksmith cable that was on a specialfor R200.00 the salesman mentioned that they dont have stock but will order and get me one, whereby I gave my details. That was 3 qeeks ago. After phoning again a salesman took my details again and said he would come back to me the next day. waiting for the phone call I contacted Somerset West branch again and ask for that sales person where I was give to a sales person who told me that he was not there yesterday and he is the only one with that name in the store. he then looked for stock and got back to me and said no order was placed and stock discontinued. now I know that its just a R200 product but after waiting 3 weeks and then been told that an order has not even been placed and the product is discontinued is a waste of time and shows how untrustworthy your sales people are. many people will know about this and unfortunately I and my family will never buy anything from dion wired again.
