On the 25th January I bought a fridge at Game and arrange for delivery to take place on the following Saturday 01st February 2014. On Friday the 31st January 2014 I received a call from Game asking me if I will be at home and what time they can deliver the fridge, I informed the lady specifically that I will be home between 08h00 - 10h00 and would like to have the fridge delivered during that time. The delivery address is my home that I'm busy renovating and I do not live in the house at the moment and had to get up and ensure that I was there between that period. I waited and waited and the delivery never took place. After 11, I decided to go and do things that I had to do in town and at 12h36 I received a call from the Delivery driver to confirm that he is on his way to deliver the fridge. I had to drive all the way back to the house from town and rush to ensure that I am there to lock open and take delivery of the fridge. What's the point in calling customers to arrange a time and it's not adhered to. When checking the delivery note, there was no time specified which means that the lady that called clearly did not bother to make note of this.
