I ordered furniture for my husband's medical practice on 27/11/2013.On 15/12/2013 Xavier phoned to say they wanted to deliver on 16/12/2013.I said that it was a place of business and closed for the holiday but was told if they didn't deliver it on 16/12 then they could not guarantee delivery that week. My husband went into work especially and sat for more than 2 hours while they unsuccessfully tried to assemble the furniture. The desk and shelving were fine but the cabinet's door handles were on the wrong side and they couldn't loosen the screws to put them on the right side. They took it back with them and said that they would contact us the next day. No one ever phoned. Eventually after phoning a few times and being told Xavier would phone me back which he never did, I got hold of him on 19th/20th/12 and he said he was aware of the problem but was waiting for me to give the go ahead to order a new one!! He then said it would arrive in 5-7 days. I never heard a word and on 2/01 phoned to enquire. I am still waiting. I phone almost daily, he is always busy and no one else can help me and he never, ever, ever phones me back. I phoned again today, am still waiting for his call.
