I went to the store looking to purchase a headboard, found what I wanted and approached the sales lady, Shereena, who advised that the King size version I requested would need to be ordered and delivery of the product would take 4-6 weeks. I decided to wait as opposed to going elsewhere for one that was immediately available. I paid in cash on 12 October 2013 and left to await my sales consultant to keep me informed. Six weeks passed with no feedback. I then followed up on numerous occasions and even called daily due to being frustrated. I got all kinds of excuses, broken promises and senseless explanations about suppliers who found it too costly to deliver from CT. I persevered as the product was ready and delivery was promised. Needless to say, two months later when I had to yet again call Shereena myself, only to be told that she was avoiding me and really felt embaressed. She now said that the product was not in the delivery van which did eventually arrive, coincidentally on the day I just happened to call and even the Queen size versions received were all damaged. She thinks I should come and collect my money however will call me when it is available. 11/12.. no word no money
