Cell c, broken promises, bad products and worse serv

Hi

to start out i waited for a phone to be delivered for what seemed like forever. Was told there waiting for stock the first 3 time thereafter, that there is no stock, so i accepted a different phone. The phone worked for 2 months - only, Went to a store in alberton and was told its the battery but warranty does not cover the battery .so i bought a new battery, still the phone won't come on, went back to the store and was told to go to the glen and book it in for repairs and did so, got the phone back more than a month later and still not working.

so i have a phone from cell c on contract for - 6 months, it only worked for -2, i have ran around, spent money and did as told, while still been billed monthly

That was up untill jan

recieved a call from cell c, a lady assisted and advised will check my records and get back to me, to go book my phone in again.k kwl did so again.

no one called back .finally got a call about my phone, they said its dilieverd and that its a new phone, thanks appreciate atleast that,
but when i get there there is no battry, so now still no phone call from the lady and i got a phone with no battry, thats in the box at home.
