Bad quality of goods

About a year ago i bought a ring from american swiss, within two months 3 of the stones fell out. when i took it in to be repaired they fixed it but two months after i got it back two different stones fell out. I then got a ring in december of 2012. 3 weeks ago i had to take it in because the sliver was wearing away, the lady i spoke to said it just needed a polish, two days later i went back because it wasnt fixed and sent it in and they told me that it would be back within a week and i still havent heard anything. in december i also got another ring and today a stone fell out. I am absolutly disgusted, every time i have bought a ring from american swiss a stone has come out or the sliver wears away, and sometimes both. and when i take my ring in they insist on doing repairs instead of giving me a new one. Whats they point in repairing my rings if they just gonna break again. I hope when i take the latest ring in on monday to mall@reds that i dont have any problems.
