Oh no- ANOTHER missing diamond

After having my ring for less than a year- a diamond fell out... I take my ring off when I do dishes, or when I physically work with my hands. Got it repaired- and not even a month later, it fell out again, since then, I have lost 2 diamonds. I check my ring EVERY day- this morning when I checked- it was still in, and around 10 I looked again, and one had fallen out. NO guaranty on the ring- but how pathetic is this?? 4 diamonds in 14 months? VERY upset about this- as I though American Swiss would be quality!
