Damaged my weeding ring

My husband and I bought a ring for our traditional weeding in 2011 at the American Swiss Mmabatho at mega city shopping center. Got married in October 2011. A small diamond stone fell of the ring in September 2012, took it in for the stone to be refitted in September 2013, After a week I got it back, it was Friday, Saturday morning the fitted stone fell off, worse with other nearby stones. I took it back, It was fiitted with a bigger stone not of the same size as the rest, After a day, the stone fell off so as the other nearby stones. I took it back and also ask them to refit the other stones as Im not the one responsible for their fall out. It came back after a week, they fell off the next day and I took it back, After a week it was back, with stones standing out and I refused to take it until the stones are well fitted. After week it was back, the stones and other stones fell off the next day. I took it back and told them I need a new ring because this one does not have value anymore. It has been a three months now, I was told the workshop questions the quality of the ring. It is in Cape town with the manufacture. And nobody takes the responsibility and I still dont have my ring.
