They threatened to blacklist me and after the supervisor from their legal thugs called me to apologise, someone from Truworths arogantly responded to my post and was very offensive. I have an account with Markham, Edgars and Truworths, yet the other two paralel retailers never treated me like a disposal commodity. I am glad that I am done with that Account and will be closing only Truworths, i will never buy from them ever again. And i could take the to court cause they have violated the NCA. there's no blacklisting in South Africa any more and intimidation is really unconstitutional. Truworths must stop using their legal thugs to intimidate the customer. The risk of issuing an account should be wholy bourne by Truworths, not the customer. I get disgusted every time i see your stores, you have no respect for the constitutional right of individauls and i wish you can collapse as a company.
