Slow response on damaged goods

On the 20th of december 2013 I purchased a bedroom suite and when it was delivered we later discovered that the dressing table had factory faults and up to toaday we have been tring to get them to come and collect the goods and fixed them but nothing has improved my wife has talk to the store manager but nothing has change the just keep on promising to come and collect the products and fix the we paid R 8000.00 cash for the products. I didn't blive it can takes up to 4 mounths for them to collect products which has factory faults
