Damaged Bedroom Suit Delivered - Poor, poor Service

I bought a Bedroom Suite from Geen & Richards on 14/09/2013. I was at work when their driver delivered the bedroom suit on 19/09/2013. on delivery my wife inspected the furniture and found the headboard damaged. immediately she asked them to load it back on their truck and return with furniture that is not damaged. She was told by the driver to only write on the delivery note what was wrong with the delivered furniture and they will return in a day or two with the replacement furniture. Today is 04/10/2013 and we still have this damaged bedroom suit in the house. i made several phone calls, send messages to Mbulelo, but don't get any help. When i visit their shop i was advised that they will send somebody to come and have a look at the damages from their repairs dept. Did i buy damaged goods? What is my consumer rights? Can i cancel the purchase and ask them to collect the goods as i took it on hp and did not start the instalments (not really what i want). But i am not going pay furniture that was delivered damaged by them. I am really fed-up with them.
