I might be 1 customer, but I do matter!

My brother and I were not treated very well by the person in charge at the time, Lionel Andrews. We brought it to his attention that on numerous occasions items are incorrectly priced (Shelf Price does not equal Item Price.) The item we were referring to was Lancewood cheese that was advertised as being on special. When it went through the scanner at the till, it was still priced at the old price. We shop at this branch almost 4 times a week and this is what usually happens. On reporting this to Mr Andrews, he was rude and said that even if we report the matter, "what is one customer" to him. Even when we mentioned to him how often we shop at his branch and that we would take the matter up with Hello Peter, he said he is "not scared of Hello Peter", he showed no remorse and proceeded to his office. My brother reported the matter to Mr. Andrew's Regional Manager on the Monday, but no one has come back to him as yet.
