PAID CASH FOR DAMAGED GOODS

I went to OK furniture to buy a bedroom suite to surprise my parents instead they found pieces of the bedroom suite on the floor as it could not be assembled due to the holes not corresponding and also the doors don't open what a disappointment. I called the store on Wednesday morning and they said they will send someone they didn't send anyone its now Thursday and I don't know what they expect me to do when the mirror breaks cause I don't stay in a warehouse this house has kids. They must just give me my money back if they don't come tomorrow by 12
