I purchased a Antionette Bedroom Suite and Sealy Posterpedic King Size Bed from Joshua Doore 01/04/2013. The sales lady advised me that they don't have a Sealy in stock and that she will add a lounge suite to my account for the same price as the Sealy once the Sealy Bed arrives they will reverse the account from a lounge suite to the Sealy Bed. They delivered the Antoinette Bedroom Suite and the lounge suite 09/01/2013 I phoned the manager and advised him that I have not purchased the lounge suite and sent it back and only kept the bedroom suite. Till date I still have not received my Sealy King Size Bed I phone the manager numerous times and they just say they don't have stock. On 14/05/2013 I went to Joshua Doore and advised them to cancel the entire transaction because I still have not received my bed and told them to come and collect the bedroom suite they still have not been to collect. My wife and I are currently sleeping in the spare bedroom as our bedroom has only the Bedroom Suite in with no bed. It has been longer than 2mnths waiting for the Sealy Bed and it can not be possible that they don't have stock of this well known product. I don't get phoned by Joshua Doore.
