I am still waiting on my query to be resolved but Portia from the Hermiston branch 2 bears came to my house to see the problem i have been having and she took me step by step she was patient and she was never irate even @ 1 point she pointed out what should have been done 2 years ago she made me understand in 5 minutes to me a person like that should be in management she has great customer service I took some of my friends to her long back not even one of them has ever complaint but the manager at the store is something else she needs to learn a thing or two from her I know my query is still being processes but the way she assisted me I feel like was the best thank you Portia people like her deserve recognition 10 out of 10
