Good Day Sir / Madam

I purchased a bedroom suite from Morkels Queenstown on the 22-03-2013 cash. The salesperson and the warehouse promised to deliver the goods on Tuesday the 26th March 2013 which they failed and promised again to deliver them today and they have not done that. It is also worth mentioning that at the time I purchased the goods the lady-coloured-cashier who was assisting me overcharged the amount to be paid when I paid through speedpoint. The goods plus delivery charges cost me R8560.00 but she mistakenly swiped R8650.00 which means they owe me R90.00. They told me to come back on Monday the 26th to collect the refund but they are now telling me stories.

I'm very fed up with this furniture store. It is not the first time I experience this kind of treatment from them. Now my wife is waiting in our house in Molteno for the goods to be delivered, yet she can't move or go to any place because she's waiting for them and they are busy playing hide and seek games.

Please help me sort out this situation as my patience is really wearing thin each day.
