Disgusting delivery service and customer care

Fri 5th April-ordered a 2 piece couch from Mr Price Cavandish. I was asked what floor I lived on (3rd)
I stated that there was no elevator. I was told that this wasn't a problem. Sat6th April- couch finally delivered in the afternoon, despite living 5-7 mins drive from the store, placed in the foyer. The delivery people said that the centre told them I had an elevator they 'don't do stairs'.When i phoned to complain, I was told by the store that i must get someone to help me cause there was only 1 man at the store he couldn't leave. This after many repeated calls to sort out the issue! Then I was told that it could be collected if I didn't want it instead of sorting out the problem. My 60ish year old neighbour another helped me take the heavy couches up. After unwrapping the couches, I discovered the legs were missing. When I phoned the store to report this i was told that this couch didnt have legs TWICE.Only after stating that I had a picture of the couch in the store with legs did they look find the missing legs. These were brought over I was told I should have waited till later when a security guard employee could come over to help! Disgusting service from beginning to end
