Dial-a-bed
Three legged bed

Shops, Products, Services

I bought a queen size bed and mattress at dial a bed in Woodmead Shopping Centre around July 2012. The bed was connected and put up by the delivery guys but with two legs missing. I went to the store to lodge a complaint hoping I would be assisted since I only came to realize that I had two legs missing and had no reason to move my furniture around the house up to now. An Indian guy at the store by the name Craig Chetty was rather rude to say the least. Despite having explained my dilemma he told me that there is no ways he will give me the two missing legs instead I will have to buy them for R200.00 to R 250.00 as I could have lost the legs. He also told me that they but the legs and they come four in a pack, when I bought the bed no one told me I have to buy extra legs, I fail to understand why he felt the need to tell me the store actually buys the legs as I bought a bed not an three legged bed but rather with all the legs fitted.
