Mr Price
No Response/Aprroval

I applied with my brother at Mr Price Bayside 2 weeks ago for an account and to date no one has come back to me regarding the account
I filled in all the forms exactly as my brother did
On the 5th April 2013 at 8h40 my brother got an sms to say his account has been approved however I still to date have not received any communication from Mr Price about my account
Please advise as this is poor service
