Samsung washer dryer combo leaking wate

Very frustrated with Dion Wired.

I bough a Samsung Fridge and Washer/Dryer Combo on the 17/03/2013. I arranged for it to be delivered on the 02/04/2013. After struggling with them to eventually delivering the goods (That's a whole other story, but not the issue here) they finally did deliver.

However the washing machine leaks water when the washer is filling up with water (This is during the washing and rinsing cycle). The water comes out of the detergent drawer as well as underneath where some screws are located.

I called Dion Wired on Thursday the 04/04/2013 and they said that because it was still within seven days of delivery, they will exchange it for a new one. They said that they will contact me to arrange an exchange. I'm still waiting.

I called them on Saturdag 06/04/2013 and they said that they had put the job through and have contacted Samsung to come and exchange or whatever but will only be able to do it on Monday. It's Wednesday 10/04/2013 and still haven't heard a word. I don't want to deal with Dion anymore and can't use the washer because I'm afraid of electrocution. Dion seem to give Samsung the fault for everything.
