Bad service from rep

Order for coldrinks placed via sms on Saturday 9 April @ 12h10 after rep did not pitch. He said he would be there by 11h00. 4 x 200ml Sodas were ordered as well as other drinks. The sodas were not delivered on Tuesday with rest of order. I was invoiced and delivered 4 cases of 1lt Coke which I did not order. I asked the rep via sms on Tuesday afternoon @ 13h40 to make plan because I need the sodas for a function on Wednesday afternoon - he did not respond. I requested a reply again Tuesday evening @ 19h35 -no response. Wednesday morning I called and he said he can only deliver on Thursday morning. When I asked why he didn't answer my sms his response was : ' I was busy and attending to other customers' Wonder what I am then???
