INCOMPETENCE AND DON'T CARE ATTITUDE

Avon is just a s*%$&*, I have been phoning them regarding my order for the whole of last week and this week and each time I call they told me that the order is out with the driver on delivery. On Tuesday they delivered 1box from Justine and when I called to enquire about the box from Avon I was told that it was given to the other driver will be delivered same day latest Wednesday. No delivery on Tuesday, Wednesday morning I called again and was told that the order is out with the driver, midday I enquired and they told me that its still on delivery. Afternoon I called again, only to be told that the box was returned by the driver on Wednesday morning cause he said my delivery address was not HIS ROUTE. Really? just like that, and the whole day i was phoning I was never told that. And then they told me that MAYBE it will be dispatched today (Thursday). What the do I tell my customers? This people DON'T CARE. Every month my order is short, while I paid for the orders already, their attitude stinks, I am so off with this company and their attitude. My colleagues warned me about this when they heard that I am selling the products. I WANT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED TODAY
