I paid for a recliner chair on line from Johannesburg on 17 Feb, for delivery in Nelspruit. I was contacted the Tuesday to say the chair would be delivered the Wednesday. At 5 Wednesday afternoon, I phoned and spoke to the store manager, Paul, who said it would be delivered the Thursday. At 5pm Thursday, I phoned Paul again, as there was no delivery (he had problems remembering the conversation from the day before). He then said it would be delivered Saturday. I phoned twice Saturday (even though he promised to phone back) only to be told it would now be delivered Tuesday. I phoned again today, only to be told it may be a few more weeks, because they have to order stock from the manufacturer. I cancelled the order, and have asked for a refund... I wonder if it is going to take legal inetrvention to get my money back from this unprofessional company? What a disappointment - not the Furniture City of years gone by.
