OVERALL BAD SERVICE

I am very annoyed and upset with the service that I am experiencing from Russells overall. I went to Russells in Krugersdorp on Saturday 25 May to ask if I purchased and ordered some items from them to be delivered by their Pinetown branch, would it be possible. They said that it would be no problem as they do it every day. I subsequently went back to them Monday morning at 9:00 am and placed my order and paid CASH for the items. I was assured that everything would be fine and that the items I paid for would be delivered by Tuesday, as I stressed to them that the order is URGENT. Since then I have been battling to get my furniture delivered as I am being told about a system problem by Charlene at Pinetown. Norman at Pinetown promised me yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon that it will be delivered this morning (Wednesday), but after speaking to Charlene this morning, it seems that it has not even been arranged yet. This after I had to specially arrange for somebody to be at the address today to take delivery of the furniture. I was promised a call back within an hour and now 2 hours later I am still waiting for somebody to call me. Could somebody please assist me!!!
