Thursday last week I sent an email to Kalahari querying how long it would take for a product to be delivered. Stating VERY CLEARY I needed it by Tuesday latest. Someone replied stating exactly what it said on the website - "dispatched within 24 hours''. Great, perhaps some one a little more competent should be employed to respond to those emails. After placing the order it estimated delivery to be on Wednesday 29th. I immediately phoned Kalahari and explained to them should they be unable to deliver by Tuesday, they can cancel the order. I was assured it would be here by tomorrow. After phoning this morning AGAIN I was told it would be delivered on Wednesday after I was assured it would be here by tomorrow. The lady promised to get back to me... NOTHING! I phoned again and spoke to Anisa who promised to get back to me... NOTHING. I phoned again spoke to Candice, got put on hold for 10 minutes and requested a supervisor call me back... STILL NOTHING. I sent an email to your support center... NOTHING. I ordered this as a gift and I need it by tomorrow!!!
