I sent my tv back to game stores for repars as it has a warranty o n the 14th of march 2013 and i collected it on the 09th of april 2013 to only discover that game had recieved the tv on the 25th march 2013 but no one bothered to contact me and when i spoke to the customer care consultant she i qoute if you have a problem go the manager. i was promised to have my tv back in 21 days or i get a new tv seemigly 21 days has passed and nothing was done about it. i buy at game not because they are the cheapest but for a piece of mind but i cant begin to epress m level of dissapointment with the franchise. i hope this will be attended to
