We purchased a Samsung 46 inch LED Smart TV from Game, we have been having problems with the TV since April, was told to contact Samsung directly as they need to honour the warranty and assist with the repair. Well Samsung is of NO HELP! we have been calling them basically every week. We have contacted Game and explained our problem, frustration, they say they cant do anything, but will follow up and get back to us. We are STILL waiting to get a call from Game. When we spoke to Game 14/5/2013 and told them we would like a new TV as ours is still under warrantee, guarentee we were told that they can not do that??? by the time Game and Samsung decide to actually do something the TV will be out of warrantee, guarentee! or is that exactley what they are waiting for??
