GAME DOES NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!

I bought a Targus bag from Game last year. Spent between R800-R1000 on this bag. It hasn't even been a year and the bag is tearing on the inside. This is not due to negligence as I take care of my bag as it contains my lap-top and important documents. This bag has a life-time warranty! Unfortunately I cannot find the slip for the bag and when I approached Game, they say they cannot help me! I am very disappointed in the level of service that I have received. If they don't want to replace the bag, at least send it for repairs. I am a high level service engineer, I am not trying my luck to get another bag! But I paid almost R1000 for this bag and for this bag to start tearing within a year is unacceptable. I give Game stores a lot of business. Should they not value me as a customer and try and help me with my problem, I will never give you store business again!
