TV Booked for the 3rd time. Assessment not done

I re-took the JVC TV to Game as previously requested, and before I did, my complex had no electricity and when the electricity returned, the TV never switch on again. Never mind that it was doing that before hence they changed the switch before. I am spending 2 days with the TV and 3 Weeks without it. The lady at customer services was going to ask for the assessment report from the supplier and call me back today but nothing was done. I can not even begin to describe the pain I am feeling -all because I trusted Game and bought the JVC FHD TV. I sm not enjoying the benefits and I would like a peace of mind. All I want is my refund so I can go to another shop and buy TV somewhere other than GAME. Too much petrol has been waisted and its like Game doesn't care-they just ask, what should they do book it on or what do we do. I want a solution that is my refund that way I never have to deal with GAME Midrand again ever. This is too much and frustrating. Expecially with the game manager not taking ownership and xfterring me to a supplier who then say its all up to Game-I reall y do not know who is the fool here. I need to find peace please - I am done with patience, I want my refund asap.
