I bought RYOBI PETROL TRIMMER at game on 23-02-2013 for my husband's birthday, as from the first use, it would not switch off on the on/off button, you had to pull it off from the plug. We took it to game on 15 April 2013 to be fixed and today, the 7th of May 2013 we went to game demanding we get a new RYOBI PETROL TRIMMER as 21 days has passed without getting any response and wanted a new one as their guarantee says ''WE WILL HAVE ANY ITEM UNDER WARRANTY REPAIRED; SHOULD THAT TAKE LONGER THAN 3 WEEKS, THE ITEM WILL BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED" the lady at customer services refused to give us a new one saying our trimmer is fixed and ready for collection at the place where it was being fixed, we refused to go and collect it as 21 day has passed as per the guarantee, WE NOW WANT OUR MONEY BACK OR GET A NEW ONE, we could not get the lady's name as she was not wearing a name tag but there is not that she wrote with her signature on it.
