Inconvenienced due to Game stores incompetent staf

On Sunday 7th April 2013, I received an sms from Game store that says I have an account at game and there is a high valued transaction on it. Firstly I don't have an account with any Game Stores and I have never applied for credit at any Game store!!
What is really upsetting to me is that Game staff failed to do a proper screening "trace" before approving the account because all they were interested in, is closing a sale. Game staff neglected all the necessary steps to verify the correctness of information given to them. It is only now when they see a high valued transaction in an account that they do a proper screening of whom the actual owner of the ID is. Game staff's incompetency is costing me my time off at work, my petrol money (going to police station to make affidavits) and emotional stress of which those things could have been avoided if Game staff were doing their jobs properly.
