I sent a watch in for repairs (it broke after only 1 week) on the 15 of March. It was received by Penny on the 18th. to today have not been able to get any indication as to what is happening with this watch. So finally managed to get Penny on the phone, who could not find the watch to start with, then suddenly it was found, and i am told that it was booked in on the 25th, a full week after it was received. This could not be explained! Now i am told that it will be ready on Monday. Now all that is wrong is the pin that holds the strap to the watch came out... I ask to speak to the manager, Hiem, but guess what, he is not in, and nobody knows who his boss is, then Penny starts to raise her voice at me... now that is what i call service, last time i will deal with them or any brand that they hadle
