On the 3rd of Dec I went to the GUESS store in Centurion to hand in a GUESS watch which I bought my Boyfriend for Xmas. An extra link needed to be added to the watch. The manager of the store (a lady) assisted me and we booked the watch in. She only completed a small slip (attached) which was sent with the couriers together with all the other paperwork which S.Bacher required. The lady advised that it will take 4 - 8 weeks. Today, 10 January (5 weeks later) I contacted the GUESS store to find out what's happening. A gentleman advised that the watch arrived yesterday but there was no paperwork attached so they don't know whether the link was added or not. He contacted me back after an hour and advised that the watch was sent back and it didn't have an extra link. The lady (manager) of the store advised me that S. Bacher sent the watch to the GUESS Sandton store (only knows why they sent it to the Sandton store???) and the Sandton store sent it to the Centurion store. But apparently S. Bacher claims that there was no paperwork attached () and that there weren't any people available to add the link to the watch. I'm disgusted and will NOT WAIT ANOTHER 6 WEEKS
