Fantastic service by Penny

I have to compliment Penny on fantastic service last week. I was looking for flowergirl dresses for a wedding and out of desperation bought 2 dresses, two different sizes and too big for my little girls. I was going to take them to a tailor when my boss told me to call your call centre and find out if they could source the dresses in the right size. I called, we found the dresses in Durban and they arranged for them to be sent to ERM for me. that same day Penny called, informed me that they had my request and my dresses would be here in a week. I received a call this morning to come and fetch my dresses.. Well done Woolies, Penny is a great asset to you. Look after her, she is fantastic... Thanks Penny, you are an absolute star.
