Shocking service and no feedback on repai

27th December 2012 I went to Guess Gateway to hand in my watch for a repair to Tamzyn, the then store manager. To date I have heard nothing regarding repair of my watch, then today 23rd of March I decided to contact the store to find out what is going on and if my watch is ready for collection. I was then advised by Daryl, the new store manager who had taken over from Tamzyn as she is now an area manager, that my watch is not there and that he will email the service centre to find out what's going on and to try and locate the watch. I am very disappointed the Tamzyn did not ensure that the pending or outstanding repairs were not followed up on or at least call a customer on a monthly basis to feedback in terms of repairs, or at least hand over to the new manager and allow him to follow up on pending repairs. Absolutely shocked that it would take 3 months to repair a watch. All that was wrong was the three indicator strips on which the hands or dials will fall on the face of the watch, detached from the face of the watch. No watch and very unhappy.
